These Terms of Service govern your use of HarborLine Cargo's shipping, tracking, and logistics services. By booking a shipment or creating an account, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
HarborLine Cargo provides freight forwarding, warehousing, and last-mile delivery services subject to capacity, customs regulations, and applicable law in origin and destination countries.
2. Liability
Standard liability coverage is included on all shipments; supplemental insurance is available for high-value cargo. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
3. Prohibited Items
Shipments containing prohibited or restricted goods, as defined by origin and destination customs authorities, will be refused or held pending documentation.
4. Payment
All shipping charges, taxes, and surcharges are due prior to dispatch unless a net-terms account has been approved.
