How is my shipping rate calculated?
Rates are based on origin and destination zones, shipment weight, mode of transport (air, ocean, road, or rail), and your selected service level. A fuel surcharge percentage is applied and shown before you book, so the total is never a surprise.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our rate calculator shows the base price, per-kilogram charge, and fuel surcharge upfront. The only additional costs are optional add-ons you actively choose, like cargo insurance or export crating.
Do heavier shipments cost less per kilogram?
Generally yes — our per-kilogram rate decreases as shipment weight increases within the same weight bracket, which rewards higher-volume and palletized shipments.
Can I get a custom rate for high-volume shipping?
